Privacy Policy
What this site collects, what it does not, and who else touches the data behind the scores and lines you see.
The short version
College Football Research Lab (CFBRL) is an editorial site. We are not trying to build a profile of you, we do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers.
This page describes what the site does today. If that changes, this page changes with it and the date at the bottom moves.
Analytics
Analytics are currently switched off. No analytics or measurement script runs on this site.
If we later add basic traffic measurement, it will run only on the production website, it will be described here before it starts, and it will respect any consent choice the site asks you for.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small technical values needed to load pages, and the hosting platform may set a cookie required to serve the site securely.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser. Nothing on the public pages requires you to accept one.
Information you send us
If you email cfbrlab@gmail.com, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you attach. We use it to reply, to fix an error you reported, or to keep a record of a correction.
We do not add emailers to a mailing list. There is no newsletter signup collecting addresses on this site.
Third-party data services
Scores, schedules, and betting-line observations come from licensed third-party sports-data APIs. Those requests are made by our servers, not by your browser, so those providers do not receive your IP address or browsing activity through this site.
Our hosting and database providers process ordinary server logs, including IP address and user agent, in order to serve pages and protect the service against abuse.
Children
This site publishes gambling-adjacent research and is not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to delete an email exchange, or ask a question about this policy by writing to cfbrlab@gmail.com.
